She Sheds, She Said

Ok, say that fast three times if you can, ha!  Well, it’s Magazine Monday again already.  I’m not sure, even with this being only the second post, it will last another week.  I’ve contacted a couple other publications for permission to reuse their material but haven’t heard from them.  No worries, I’ll always have something to share, it just might not have a catchy theme 🙂
With that being said, I do want to plug another Flea Market Decor article!  Not sure where the Man Cave craze started but it’s been an Adam into Eve evolution into She Sheds.   If your not the gardening type the She Shed quickly can be so much more.  Do you craft, paint, meditate, sew or simply want a quite place to call your own?  Then you’re in luck! This tiny, building could be customized into anything your heart desired, you are only limited by your imagination!
When I first spied the article “Shed Light on Vintage” by Dana O’Brien and photographs by Kim Snyder @ GirlFridayStudios, it was heaven on three pages!  It showcases artist Jenny Karp’s Hawaiian themed retreat right in her own backyard.  Many of the items used to construct the outdoor nook where salvaged, reclaimed & recycled materials to keep the cost low.  One of her art pieces instantly bounced off the page, the “I have an IDEA” is very recognizable, it’s from Brave Girls Club {swoon}!
Granted, your own She Shed might be something you are wishin’ on a star for but a girl can dream, right?  How would you use your personal shanty?  Would you give it a theme?  Let me know what your dream She Shed looks like 🙂

Happy She Shed Junking!
