Kicking Vintage Christmas into High Gear with less than a Week to Go!

Hello Vintage Christmas Lovers!

With less than a week until we find out how nice we’ve really been with all the goodies that Santa leaves us, I thought it was fitting that Magazine Monday ooze with the Spirit of Christmas!

Here are some of my favorite images from the Winter 2016 Flea Market Decor Magazine
The captions include my personal thoughts that came to mind while savoring the beautiful treasures shared in the 150+ pages.

With a cover like this, who doesn’t want to open it up & admire the creativeness?!?!
The vintage sign on the wall & tree first caught my attention.  The simplicity of the presents let you admire the sparkly tree.
This “Great Finds” page is chalked full of nostalgic items anyone would want to receive.
Rudolph! In vintage colors!  And oooo, those NorthStar lights!
Wishing Michigan was closer; but planning a Girls’ road trip sounds like fun too!
Upcycling is still in fashion & hope it never goes out of style!  Great ideas here!
This article is amazing: showing you page by page the decades of which ornament styles reined!
Greenery, greenery & more greenery ~ swoon!
This little girl pixie/elf sits patiently by a vintage bottle tree waiting for her sugarplums.
A real tree mixed with a vintage trees, quilts & linens & those home-made ornaments, the red/soft blue & white just works so well together!
Carrying the colors scheme into the bedroom, it works here too, with softer reds & wood furnishings give it a Winter cozy feel!
❤ Crowned bird ❤
Gorgeous table setting with some greenery accenting the yummy food too!
Warm golds & reds through out this room!
So much I love here: the Fry King canister is adoring colors, the polka-dot packaging, vintage truck, chippy pedestal tree, bottle brush trees, the adorable yellow/red Santa as Elf figurine & then those stained glass windows: perfect!
Aqua & red always play nice together!  The Santa mugs are a great collection that I’ve seen showcased recently.  The chalk sign & more bottle brush trees area homey!
Another take on red with aqua….love!  The headboard is wonderful but the vintage ornament wreath is a show stopper!
Here’s a festive entry:  wreaths, garland, white ironwork, icicle lights, lanterns & the ole’ world Santa are very welcoming!
A touch of French at Christmas & the shutter add great touches!
This place setting is so great: the ornate white plate on the soft red charger, linen napkin with nature-inspired accents & the twisty (candycane-ish) flatware.
The natural colors {brown, taupe, pine & slate} are a good choices here!
It’s been a while since I’ve see one of these horses!  This is a timeless look!
White is just a great color all Winter long, especially when it’s on chippy furniture & floors & bunnies!  Love all the details!
I love how the green curtains frame out the fun vintage free {not sure about the blue figurine at the bottom, what do you think?} !
We can’t forget about our fur-babies ~ this Frenchie reminds me of our Boston Terrier ❤
I’ve always wanted to decorate one of these!

Hope you enjoyed this mini-review of Flea Market Decor Magazine‘s Winter 2016 issue!

Thanks for being here, Vintage Friends!
