Magazine Monday: Industrial Revolution featured in Flea Market Finds with Matthew Mead

Hey Flea Market Magazine Fan!  It’s Magazine Monday again 🙂  & probably the best part of my Monday, LOL.
Are any of you familiar with Matthew Mead?  He’s a style guru who most recently is now working with Wagner sprayer & doing some very creative things!  I’ve long been a fan of his vintage work in home decor & gardens AND almost anything industrial so I picked a great article from his Flea Market Finds with Matthew Mead Summer 2012 Special issue:

Isn’t this a magazine you’d pick up while at the check-out counter?  {Swoon!}

I’m a sucker for anything chippy, metal & rusty!

Oh how I’d love to find an old abandoned school house full of fun desks, chalkboards & waste baskets….heaven!

A little nook for indoor gardening.

An old grate, vintage stool & orchids are always in style!

This is my favorite photo in the whole article…the butter yellows,  metal grays, chippy white & 50’s bathroom pink all work great together – soothing!

Details of my favorite photo above ^

This is great idea : making a small side table from a tall wire trash container.

More details to get the funky, vintage vibe!

Bathroom organization never looks so smart!

Simple stenciling & pretty bath products work together here.

Orange oil : it is fantastic!

YES!  Trolley’s are multi-functional as well as stylish.

Baskets, spools, jars, books, metal animals & I spy an adorable red Buddha head too.

This mixed variety of shelf baubles offer something for everyone!

Let me know what you’re all reading in the junk magazine world!

Happy Magazine Monday Junkers ❤
